From Macross city resident Get a bigger avatar today!

Following is a complaint letter written by a resident in Macross City, to the mayor.

" Greetings Mayor, Let me first say blessed be the gods of our land! The gods were so gracious to provide me with two healthy young sons, older one currently enlisted in the military in a crusade against devil worshipping persians and a young one at a age of thirteen, who I write this letter in concern. I am writing to you in concern about the wide spread of fever this year. and as you see, my young one, being young, reckless and adventurous, (much like his grandfather I must say), went to the jungle to play with the animals despite the protest of Elena. (a native french and my recently wed wife who will be expecting a daughter next harvest) My son contracted a jungle fever. The local physician said the boy will be alright but I cannot express how many children die of this disease every year. This year has been especially hard as four good faimly neighbors i know have lost their children in the disease this year. Our neighbors are very willing to work on cutting down the jungles nearby our town as we have heard on town of termina where citizens and slaves have been working on cutting down the jungles. So if you could just provide us with proper equipment.

sincerely,

Residents of macross city"

wat do u think about the letter? shouldnt we train more of the citizen at macross city to cut those pesky jungles down?

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Jimmy, Timmy, what's the difference? They all end up falling down a well or a deserted mine shaft and have to be rescued by Lassy or some other pet action hero.

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

I thought Lassy quit his job and lives in a fancy home where he is forced to finish his caviar (yahoo commercial)

btw before maxis notices it. the whole letter idea was somewhat inspired by Sim CIty 2000 where they had Sim Tribune with stories of the city which indirectly gave u a clue as to whats needed to be done and such.

and I was feeling a lil creative tonite

EDIT: didnt notice you live in israel.. even tho that big israeli flag i did notice.. how stupid of me, but have you seen the commercial?

Nope, never.
However, there are plenty of awesome commercials in Israel. No wonder Israeli commercials producers usually get the most prizes in international commercials contests.

Well, the laugh part of the joke is probably long over but the commercial goes like this... It starts w/ A woman screaming that Timmy's been traapped in a well so Lassy runs to rescue. Then in the middle of a field he pauses and all these bubble heads of people pop up screaming Timmy's in this and that trouble. Next scene you see Lassy moving the mosue w/ his paw searching "pet adoption". Final scene you see lassy in fancy house with woman telling Lassy to 'finish his caviar'

The jungle shall feal the wrath of our napalm, once we invent it. Until then, just watch the brats and keep them out of trouble.

(request so noted - it is on the list of things to try and get to)

Got spare money?

Calc II (calculus is great, isn't it?) the disease was something oft-mentioned in the first several editions of the statistics and has consistently been a concern of mine. Your letter calls even more attention to this situation, and I shall see what I can do about it.
