-- stablished many cities.
-- explored many new lands.
-- established contact with 3 other civs.
-- followed the wishes of the ppl.
-- displayed great skill in the art of hut-popping.

Hydey has NOT
-- played too many turns in one session.
-- made unilateral decisions without consulting the ministers.
-- made any bonehead mistakes.

Thus, by objective analysis, we see that
