Ok Pande is prosecutor and Kass is defence attorney
Facts: Lemmy and GT were seen in the vicinity of the recycling tanks in and around 29/09/02 when some 'disappearances' occurred.
GT gave being in the company of a DEI as an alibi.
When questioned under caution on the 11/10 /02

The prosecutor and defence will each have 24 hours to prepare their cases.
Meanwhile I place Lemmy under arrest behind bars in the rec.commons.

I am aware that other charges are being leveledl at lemmy , but as yet there is little prime facie evidence. However the court is willing to consider pre trial, evidence that may prove there is.
Pande alleged:

In summary there are a number of charges against Lemmy
1 Serial murder (sample exhibits, Tacticalmarine, juliennew)
2 Non grand theft microkred
3 Grand Theft xenobrew
4 Being evil
5 possibly other charges ( example witchcraffffffffffffffttttttttttt) what happened
4 Leaving the scene of a crime
The jury will comprise all registered citizens as of 20/10/02
The court will be in front of the bar here in the Rec. comms on the 21/10/02 after pre trial cocktails.

I have examined security camera records around the Rec Tanks throughout the day and night of 29/9/2002, as well as checking all records, of Lemmy's and my own locations during that time period, and there is no evidence to suggest that either of us were anywhere near the scene of the crime.
