	Flags Put an end to popups!

Where do we go to get a country flag next to our name? It's not in the control panel... Shouldn't it be there? Why isn't it? So, where do I go?...

I don't see why he wouldn't be able to figure it out. I'm a newbie, I've been told recently , yet I was able to get my flag.

Right now, a 10% PCR would put me 999. One short of King.

And I don't spam as much as certain others.
