I've created a scen. starting c. 1980 and what to change the time/turn to 1-3 years. I havn't created any gamedata files yet so any help would be much appreciated

Sounds neat--but if can't build 300 cities in Russia against at least 16 civs, I probably won't...besides, I'm too busy with mods!
