Is CFC Down Again? Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

I know this is the wrong forum for this, but I want to put it somewhere where it can be seen. I know, CFC has been having increasing "Server Busy" messages, but now I'm getting "Connection Refused" messages. I can't even load the main page, let alone the forum. It was working at about 3pm EST, but now its 5 EST and its not working.

Can anyone verify this, or is it just a problem with my internet?
