Doesn't the Sanitation advance have a box you can check to prevent disease? Or is that just for Flood Plains?

Ah, that's too bad. Maybe the editor in PTW will have an option to adjust the chance of disease, or to turn it off completely. That would be a nice option to have, if we could check a box like for allowing cities and colonies in certain terrain.

Is there any way to add disease? --
Specifically, I'd like to add it to Polluted tiles.
