The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The idea is to add this text as it is to our constitution, as an annexe, an amendment, ar add-on to the bills of right.

Being the United Nations, we need something a bit more humanistic that our bill of rights, IMHO.

...but what's the point?
We have a Bill of Rights, that's short, concise, and fulfils the same purpose, and any need there might be for this in our game.

Otherwise we end up with a great slab of irrelevant text that anyone who reads the constitution has to go through.

no we have signed the UN peacekeepers Declaration of human rights.......the UNP and the UN are two different organizations............but put it up for polling

It serves to lay out a few basic rights, such as free speech unless it violated Apolyton rules.
