I dunno, Wes. Didn't make sense when I thought about it...I just took a look yesterday at the scoring thing--can't honestly recall the last time I finished a game of CtP...how sad is that? --and I didn't get it. When you disband a unit, you're already being penalized: you don't have that unit, which--most likely--had taken time and energy from your civ to create, any longer...so, you lose a unit out of the deal AND get dinged in the end for doing it!
Ridiculous--might as well let the little bugger get fragged all alone along on the front line...if you're involved in a conflict, if you're not under pressure of unit support costs, and if you have the time to wait for the little guy to hall his ass over to the battlefield.
Pretty silly....

I haven't a clue. I'm tempted to say it can't be done, simply because I've never seen anything, anywhere, that would affect that...but I'm not sure. Sorry.

Yes, the Max_Disband_Size refers to cities but the code has been removed to make it work correctly.
