	Devoted PTW Players Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

I propose we make and maintain a list of members for a "Devoted PTW Players" group, in which we could play games with.

theres a few reasons i'd like this:

1. We could play on a more long-term basis
   
2. we could play once or twice a week, and actuall FINISH some good games
   
3. we could avoid all those clans, cheap tactics, etc
   
4. We could play quality scenarios whenever they come out , much like the Civ2 Scenario community
   
5. it would be hella fun

I'm good, but most Monday-Wednesday-Fridays are a bit harsh on me, so try to avoid those days.

P.S. If anyone wants to play MP scenario, I recommend my Napoleonic Wars scenario (once it's completed).

sounds like an idea but it may be hard to track all these people on the forum. Maybe if you had your own forum or cheap web site it would work better (but that can probably wait until you get a few people and the games comes out).

wait a minute, are you going to montana state university? (that's what it says next to your name) if so what town is that in (is Bozeman a town? if so I've never heard of it)? I know someone up in Montana that's starting classes there soon, just wondering if it's the same school.

Missoula? That's the University of Montana.

MSU has schools in Havre and Billings as well, I believe.

I'm definately in. I will be new dimensions iknto the diplomatic world of civ! However my playing times *may* be limmited... But I'm all for someone keeping a record of players and they're traits/styles/favciv/win% so that everyone can see I'm such a nice and trust worthy guy...

	How about creating a Civ 3 MP Players Database? Enter the AD-FREE zone

Seeing this thread reminded me of an idea I thought about a while back.

How about creating a Civ 3 MP Players Database which could contain such information as:

- Player Name
- Preferred Level or range of levels
- Type of Game (Regular, Regicide, Elimination etc.)
- Type of turns (Regular, Turnless, Simultaneous)
- Days Preferred to Play
- Times Preferred to Play
- ICQ or email info
- perhaps even other other games that they play

I posted this idea just now in the Apolyton Community forum as if it is considered to be a good idea, maybe Markos or Dan might be able to allocate some space for this database.

It would be most useful if each person were able to access and change their information themselves like their control panel options here AND that everyone could filter the database information to match their preferred criterias.
