I hate to do this with elections started and all, (and especially with 100% of the vote ), but the Constitution forces me to withdraw my candidacy.

My school year is coming to an end soon, and as such, I've been planning to stand for Commissioner again in December. But, as TKG just pointed out, serving this term as DoPO would render my December bid unconstitutional, as I'd be serving more than three terms in government.

Hopefully someone can be found to fill the position, and I sincerely apologise for causing a by-election.

I agree. It's one thing to set term limits when there are dozens of people involved, it's quite another to do so when we have trouble finding enough people to fill all the vacant slots.

I can be in the silly position if there is no other option. Take note now though, that I will be out of the country (and likely the game) afre the 17th of November. So consider me a last resort.

Since I can't be a judge I may as well try to be as involved as possible before being basically disallowed from much participation for three months.

you really have had bad luck. missed out on sept because you were C3 pres, missed out on october because you were away for the debate, missed out on judge...
