I'll explain why I haven't been around or active like I should be, especially as a minister. I have a 10 page paper due in less than two weeks and a 15 page paper due in less than 3 weeks. That more or less sums it up!

But as this last turn chat was momentous (lost civs are found!!!) I wll be issuing a special issue of The State of The Nation... so watch out for that. I'll be working on a new budget plan, too. Lots of overhauls to do....

Those things happen, in the end RL has to take priority. We managed ok though and with the extra income from the other civs any budget would have quickly been outdated.

No biggie . Though it's always nice to have someone balance the budget, flexability in the last chat was useful, considering how much we got out of the lost civs .

Could you please take into account that the Foreign Ministry may be making several large deals in the next few turns that might be costing some money? We'd like to try to net a tech out of our newfound wealth (we now get an extra 40 gpt, so I it's not exactly like we're bankrupting the other departments ), and it might take a bit of cash (really depends on how much the other civs value Printing Press). Just a quick heads up .
