Turns will be approximately weekly in duration. To clarify, movement turns will be around 4-5 days, while retreats and adjustments 2 days. There will be 24 hour grace periods for deadlines, but NMRs applied after that.

Standard Diplomacy rules apply with these exceptions: 1) the map naturally is a variant; 2) each nation starts with 1 war party; 3) there are no fleets in this game; 4) new war parties may be raised in any owned and available (unoccupied) supply center; and 5) victory conditons for a solo are the ownership of 20 feathers (SCs) at the end of any fall retreats phase.

The first turn is Spring 1601. Orders are due Saturday, November 2, at 23:59 EDT. Please send all orders to RUFFHAUS8@aol.com
