At that stay, Cityplanner and Expansion Advisor become important, as our cities are not so big as others and our science rate is low ! (even if we are leader in science, due to clever exchanges and stealing)

Got spare money?

We need to get some city infrastucture up, Library's Market places and a couple well place university's will easily get us to the head of the line in research. The problem is we also have a small cashflow issue so we will hav toaddress that as well. We have enough cities, and we won't be makeing many more military units so these next few sessions are really going to be about the cities themselves. (and Science of course)
