on the top left you see an oil resource

btw see the mine in this one and the others in the previous screens
the size of the mountain(or of the forest for wood) determines how many workers you can put in the mine

1. At what "zoom level" did you take these shots?
2. Regarding the "Fast" game time - was this game played at the "Fast" setting? What does the time mean here - real minutes/seconds or game minutes/seconds? If the latter, how much 'real' time did the game take?

How is it feeling? What I mean is, how does it flow? This is a game of all of human history in an hour. How is that working? Does it make sense? Is it balanced?

it's game time. on "Fast" seconds run faster than normal time

one thing that troubles me so far is that i dont feel confident to start a war with ancient/medieval weapons and wait for the mega-destuction modern weapons
i'll have to give it a try...

i dont have the time during the game to think if it makes sense to discover all this stuff with 3 cities and 200 people
there is an interesting option in the game setup, the cost of technology. from the looks of it, i'd like to see a "very very expansive" option added to slow things down even more for civers like me...

on way or the other i still have plenty of research ahead of me

The graphics are the best. Thanks Markos and BHG. But that did look like an awfully fast game, I hope they slow things down a bit.

The map size looked good. Was it the largest? It looked bigger than some of the descriptions were making RoN maps sound like.
