Creating Diplomat TGA Files? Got spare money?

Hello
I'm trying to create some images (.TGA format) for the CTP diplomatic screens. They are 16 bit, No Alpha, uncompressed.. But still look like garbly gook in Civ.
I have tried Adobe 5LE, Paintshop 7 (I can't get 5 ) and Corel (7 and 9) just in case there was an option I'm missing.
Is there some setting I'm not using right? Or some sort of trick I'm missing?

Yeah, there was something about them, something like them not being regular TGA files, but somehow different, I don't remember exactly what.

But you can solve that problem, whatever it is, by opening (a copy of) an existing tga file, paste your own file over the existing picture and then save with 'Save' (not 'Save As'). IIRC 'Save Copy As' will work as well, but I'm not sure about that.

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

Perfect! Thanks I couldn't get it working with Adobe or Corel, but once I tried the cut and paste trick with Paintshop 7, it worked perfectly. Thank you very much.
