	why wont the great library work? Increase the size of your Attachments

i built the great library and it's hasnt worked once even though i'm way behind everyone (every single civ) in tech. this has happened before but then in other games the library works. does anyone know why?

How many civs do you know? The GL will give you only techs that are known to at least two civs you have a contact with.

I've noticed that strange little quirk. Its played to my advantage a few times, keeping the GL civ isolated until I can capture it.



oh, you don't have education, do you? that would be too obvious an answer :P
