Hi Everybody,
Im wonder if anybody of you have any new tactic to low the Corruption and waste from the city, i Have some cities away from my capital. And i cant make any road to them.
Y have almost the same production than waste shields.. Can anybody help me!

If you can make a harbor in them, and one of your cities connected to the capital has a harbor, that will connect your far away cities to your capital.
But, corruption and waste are a serious problem in civ3. The 1.29f patch helps, but also going into the editor and lowering it a bit (to like 75% or so) helps. Of course, you can't lower it after you start the game, so you'll have to keep it in mind for your next game.
