	Civ3 PTW Civ Builder??? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

Maybe i was reading it wrong, or maybe i was dreaming, or just maybe it was a design feature cut....but wasn't there supposed to be a civ builder in the game? I thought I was going to be able to create a Israel/Hebrew civ.....anyone????

BTW, the game itself looks good....

I am not sure I follow your question, but in the 1.29f patch, you could add a new civ (to a total of 32 civs, 1 of which was Barbarians).

Well, they kind of - sort of, have this in PTW. For example, I want a "Wyandot" Indian civilization, so I pick Iroquois, and change their name, noun, and verb from Iroquois to Wyandot. I know it's not a perfect solution, and my picture is still of the Iroquiois and not one of my own making - but what can you do?

So the bottom answer is even though it was mentioned in the past, currently it is not an option to the extent that you can "make" a custom civilization and choose the traits/leader picture you want it to have...
