Sorry, there apparently was a bit of a snafu with the turn that I had sent originally, but it should be fixed now. 3400 BC to Mongols.

To keep the game moving along, I would be willing to do that. As before, I will simply cover the screen and click end turn now, then send the turn to the next person in line. I will ONLY do this if the player requests it be done. The player may also request how many turns it may be done for.
I will also maintain a list of "planned unavailability". It will be located next to the player list on the first post.
So, If anyone will be unavailable to take their turn for more than, say, 48 hours (?) - post that you will be unavailable and say whether or not your turn may be 'skipped'. (By skipped I mean an administrators log on and end turn). If you agree to have them skipped post how many turns is permissible.
Alternatively you may select a substitute - to do so simply let us know how to reach him/her, and how long they will sub in. For obvious reasons, this substitute should not be someone playing ASNG. Even the closest ally would be in a conflict of interests so it is probably a bad idea.

I should add that I may or may not be able to play from Nov 23 to Nov 30 too. I'll look for a substitute in case the answer turns out to be no.

I wouldn't worry about finding substitutes for Fall Break. I think that at least three of us will be unavailable so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Would anyone be interested in a cram session either before or afterwards? Perhaps next weekend or the first weekend we return? A nice three hour cram session could be an exciting way to maintain everyones interest....

Random, I didn't get the save game via e-mail, please re-send.
I'll play my turn first thing in the morning, or as soon as possible tomorrow after I get the save.
As far as fall break goes, I'll have limited availability the majority of the time. Also would be available for a cram session during the weekends berfore or after.

Did I miss something? You said you didn't get the file but you played your turn anyways--huh?
Anyways, uh, I'll be gone both this weekend and the majority of the next. I could participate in a cram session this Sunday late afternoon/evening (10 PM GMT or so on), but even if I manage to get access to play during break it wouldn't necessarily be on a computer that could play very quickly.

I am also free sunday evening/night. Would anyone else be interested in doing a cram session around 22 GMT (10 pm GMT) sunday?
On second thought... It doesn't look like Gyromancer can play this weekend, so it may have to wait until after Fall break.

Whoops. Did I say this Sunday? I meant next Sunday, sorry. At this point in time I wouldn't mind skipping a turn or two, but a whole run of turns is another story.
3300 BC to Mongols, too.
