To West Germany(secret):
France doesn't see with a good eye this "Fuher" and I'm not sure your government does. France may take care of this agitator swiftly.
Your government won't be seen as the guilty and you make keep democracy.
You could also prohibit his party but riots may appear.
I'm also pondering about Low Countries autonomy. I think you may consider giving a partial autonomy to Nederlands and Belgium.

Greetings to our new member West Germany!
Italy: As soon as our industry allows it, France will send you steel. You may also as Northern Italy is the most industrialized area of Italy, build ports and increase exchanges with France.
Marseille would greatly benefit from it. Steel could come from Northern France or Ruhr follows the Rhine and switch to the Rhone before going to Italy.
If you accept this proposal, it would give works to many French people and increase our economic relationship.
France also has a close eye on Spain. We need if things get to hot to send troops there.

To Spain: We throw our support behind Franco's assassin, and hope this will herald in a new era. of democracy. In the event that it doesn't, we will gladly give the assassin sanctuary. We also pledge any support necessary to topple the remainder of the dictatorship.

Benni Albrecht looked out into the throng, no-one could stop them from gathering. He noticed a hddled group of police in the crowd, they were members. The Army gathered nervously around them, unsure of how to deal with the insurrection.
"Ein Volk! Ein Fuher! Ei Reich!" he shouted, his hand raised in the salute popular with his former comrades, those not as lucky as him, those not as clean.
He would be the first to admit, to anyone but the war courts, that he had a hand in the attempted genocide. But he had kept his under the table, just in case. His 'paranoia' as his freinds had called it, had proven justified when he was aquitted at those horrendous trials. Now he watched as his people began to batter the wall, as the wall began, ever so slightly, to falter.
It was this moment that the Army stepped in, they didn't use their guns he gave them that, but they did push his followers away.
The Army may have foresaken their weapons in the name of the public good, but the legion had no such concerns. They mass opened fire on the unsuspecting troops. Benni laughed as the soldier's blood washed the streets, as the tanks were hijacked to the purpous of the Legion. When it was all over he found himself in one of those tanks, newly adorned with a rough Swastika, raising his hand in salute to the victors of the day.
But would the chancellor, and his non-Aryan allies leave them be?

Car manufacturers are making profit as demand is important.
More and more manufactured goods are being produced.
Marseilles harbour has been extended. Refineries are being built around.
At Lyons, car factories are being built. Peugeot bought Citroen and now, Peugeot is now one of the most important car manufacturers over the world.
French government has launched an agriculture program to increase production mainly in Brittany. Thanksfully to the growing car industries, tractors and other farm vehicles will help to reach this goal.

To Australia: Alas, we have to decline your offer. With the possibility of a second war with Japan looking likely, we need the naval base at Singapore. However, you are welcome to use our facilities there.
