Fun with MS Access Get a bigger avatar today!

I was playing with Microsoft Access and I made a prototype tech database! It is not completed yet and we probably won't use this format, but it might be interesting nevertheless.

The most interesting parts so far are the input and the 'possible' tables, where the values of some text boxes are determined.

The specific version of MS Access could help too. Anyway, it looks like I'll have to abstain as I don't use MS Access.

Most of all, what is MS access about? Sounds like an e-mail / internet browser...

Tired of ads?

Aaglo, are you sure you don't know MS Access?

Well, in that case I could help you out that Access is the database program provided as a part of the MS Office (version something) Professional (or better) office software packages. But basically Access is MS' standalone program for database management, making and use of Access databases (MS' own database type).

The details can be found here.

Anyway, in order to use the database, you need to use a version of MS Access or any other database program that can use the database created by Jmaster.

Jmaster,

no, we won't use the MS Access database you created in the StP client, but overall it seems to be a nice little tool.

Anyway, I assume one of the SPDT members that have knowledge of databases (Keygen?) could make a working solution for the client or at least propose a working system.

Keygen... he's so slow to do things He's a legend in the CtP Multiplaying forums for good and bad reasons. He's the reason we have such an organised system, but he took sooo long to write the recent PBEM rules

Inflate your Upload Space

This was more intended as a development tool than anything. Besides, I was thinking to export it to another, less propiatary format if it were to be used at all.

BTW, it was created with Access 2000.

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

I am becoming a celebrity here

It is true that I am slow there only because it is a job I am doing on my own and never was asked for it or expected to do it

This project is a completely different story and a whole team depends to its members in the contrary to CtP community

It is not my work in CtP slow but the days that I devote to it are too few
Everything depends on the interest you show and beleive me, your interest in the PBEM rules is discouraging without meaning that you have to show any anyway

Bad reasons? I am not sure what you're refering to...

I do not understand where this commend fits in this thread anyway

Put an end to popups!

Well, you can rest now. If someone is slow, then it's me. No messages seem to get replies from me in time and in general I can be lazy. Well, maybe we should blame Skanky.
