Current base locations to pick from:
(13.107) priority!, (6.108), (5.113), (19.107), (27.105) priority!
(northern still to be decided)

Former a): to be constructed in Terminal Dogma:
1) plant forest and road NE of Terminal Dogma

Former b): N-N of Pandemonium:
1) build road on its current square
2) build road to new base location if not yet connected
3) mine and road those rocky rainy minerals

Former c): S-S of Pandemonium:
1) defungize and road
2) build road to Terminal Dogma along (13-17.67); do the same as the next former

Former d) S-SW of Pandemonium:
1) STOP removing fungus
2) go to NE of Pandemonium, defungize and road
3) farm, road and solar the tile right of it
4) forest and road the tile right of it

Former e) NW-NW of Concordia:
1) help former c)

Former f): N of TBIBTU:
1) complete forest
2) build a sensor array on tile (13.83)
3) help former g)

Former g): S of Antioch:
1) STOP planting forest, build farm&solar instead (this base hasn't got any three-food tile yet)
2) build farm&CONDENSER on tile (6.86)

Sorry for my absence. Orders are as follows: Maintain Democracy and Planned, switch to Wealth at the first opportunity. The Commissioner has the authority to raise the Psych rate (taking 10% from Econ, then 10% from Research, and so on) if necessary to prevent drone riots, but use of specialists is suggested instead. (That would need to go through Industry and Energy.)
