	HELP! net access problems. Need Minister to run chat... Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

Uh oh! Am having Internet problems again. I can post from Uni, but can't run the chat in 1h20min.

Can someone (preferably a Minister) please take over the chat for me? It starts at 0300GMT on the undernet channel #civ3dem. The latest save is here.

I hope to have this fixed by 0500GMT.

Sorry again - I don't know what happened - there was no problem at 2000GMT, but 3 hours later (during which time I was asleep and thus didn't do anything to my computer) it didn't want to connect.

	New Save for Turn 0 Enter the AD-FREE zone

This save incorporated all of the Turn 0 CP Items EXCEPT:
1) Rushes
2) Selling Improvements in Captured Cities
3) The WF setting for Macross CIty, this will depend on the Science slider if anything but Zero %.

Here is the save. I also posted this in the orders thread. I have a PII-400, so I don't know if I can run a turn within a reasonable period of time. I'll try if no other ministers can't, but rather not.

I'm still double checking the orders. I'm also currently on Undernet as E_T_Busy and I'm checking it at intervals.
