Music to JS Back Cathedral....help please... Remove this text

This has been eating at me for years. What song is being played on the wonder movie (15). When you build Bach's cathedral, they play like 40 some seconds of one of his pieces. Does anyone know what song this is. Please let me know. Thanks.

It's from toccata and fugue in c or d major. (It's one of those.)

BWV = Bach-Werke-Verzeichnis which (I think) is the standard catalogue for Bach's work - am I wrong or is this a European thing?? - my albums are nearly all 'Deutsche Grammophon'.
