I seem to be caught in some sort Pop up hell Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

I just logged on from my old PC and every time I click on a link I get a pop up

What is going on?

This doesn't happen on the other PC's I use.

Put an end to popups!

Here's a new one: "Who Else wants a Car Descrambler?"

Just wondering Mark, what happened to the option for no popups or only one per 6 hours... is that gone? Would contribuiting money give us an option to log in with a special password to receive no popups- because these popups are becoming horribly annoying... I get one per link click.
