Russians didnt invent communism and didnt start it themself either. Invented by german jews and the revolution was lead by a russian jewish minority
(stalin was able to slowly break their power tho)

Civs have "Preferred" and "Shunned" governments in their descriptions. I don't know how much impact those settings actually have.
The AI rarely builds a civilization in which Communism is a "better" government choice, so I suspect it would be somewhat difficult to force them to make suboptimal choices of that sort.
You might also try the help or the general fora, as they may have a wider readership and the mechanisms involved are likely the same.

religion doesnt matter until a *revolution* is lead to 90+% by a a religion that is a gross minority in that country.
How can you *not* wonder whats up`?
The fact is that Germany helped the recolution (since they were at war, etc)

@Tomji: I don't want to start a discussion on the topic here, because it's really off the topic this thread has, but alll this "the jewish are responsible for this and for that" - stuff is really making me sick.
Communist antisemites bashing the "jewish capitalists", capitalist antisemites bashing the "jewish communists", nationalsocialist antisemites bashing the "jewish communists and capitalists" etc...
I don't want to invetsigate everyone being involved in the octoberrevolution in terms of his "religion" (communists - religion  ) - but just some simple facts:
You said communism was invented by german jews - it was invented by 2 protestants, of which one had jewish ancestors - so it's no matter of religion (and obviously marx and engels were atheists, not even realprotestants...) - so stating "jewish" in this context is no matter of religion, but a matter of race - and even then it's not true - it was invented by jews (in a "racial" definition) by 50% - you said it was 100%...
The fact that Germany helped the revolution - well - sending Lenin back to destabilize an opposing war party makes sense - so why are you mentioning a truism like that at all? It's like saying: Mmmmh - did you know that Marx was living in Bonn for a year in 1835, did lots of partying and was inspired by Hegel in 1837...

I think the following passages put paid to the crap being posted.
