Interesting.

Tom Chick over at gamespot who has been reviewing games for a long time gives a full thumbs down on Civ PtW. Guess that now that gamespot has gone as a pay site I guess they need not take bribe money. You can see the full review here:

OTOH you have a new commer to the reviewing biz Robert Mertes who works for gamesdomain which is struggling to make ends meet. He gives PtW a big thumbs up, heck he does not even talk about multiplayer. Amazing. I wonder how much they had to pay him for that review.

I eagerly await for the mods to delete this post. Since it's not 100% flattering to fraxis. BTW, guys where is the patch? I mean it has been over a week now. Some of these bugs, seriously, seem pretty easy to fix. Not all of them, but some seem pretty easy.
