WHAT FILE DO I HAVE TO CHANGE TO GET HOTSEAT TO WORK?? THANKS FOR REPLYING

Theres a file called spnewgame.ldl in "...\Call To Power 2\ctp2_data\english\uidata\layouts" open that file in notepad and search for "490" there should be two instances that say "-490" take away the minus sign from the one that says "str_ldl_HOTSEAT" above it.
Beware though that human to human diplomacy doesnt work.

Hotseat is when 2 or more human players play a game on the same computer. Player one takes turn, ends turn, screen goes black... player two sits down the "hotseat" plays turn, ends turn..... players one etc etc
