I don't think we really want new members just for the sake of having numbers. We want anyone who is a member to contribute, even in a little way to the decision making and the thinking. I imagine most people are aware of the demo game and if not then they should be.... but I would be wary of signing people up without checking to see if they really are interested or are just clicking a link.

You should have a Knight-legoman avatar too...
I had the yellow castle once, with all the small pieces.
And the sissy knights.

Then the grey castle came along, and I didn't get it.
But the pieces were larger, and that was a shame.
So it was difficult to blow away using firecrackers.
And it had a tougher legomen army within too.

I posted in the other thread (Builder's Team thread) because in "A Call to Arms! Apolyton's PTW-DG UN", where the links to all the teams are, clicking on "Legoland" sent me to the older, Builder's Team thread. Maybe you should ask donegeal to edit it.

So, what should I do now?

You should have your first Avatar being as close to a caveman legoman as you can get... then change your legoman avatar through the ages as Legoland becomes more advanced

Well as long as you are not on any other team you can be on the Legoland team. Always looking for more people. Just join the legoland civgroup, then I can athorize you into the group and you can come to the team forum and join in with the team disscussing strategy and other things.

I clicked the "join" link near the Legoland civgroup some hours ago and since then it shows "Awaiting Authorization". I also can't log in the private Legoland forum (yet). I suppose you must do something. Let me know when you're ready with the authorization.

It shows Jack_www as the administrator for that group so until he activates your membership you won't be allowed to access the miniForum.

We (role-play team) just gave them Carthage because we finally decided that we didn't want it afterall (we were tied on our internal vote on whether to give it up... Togas broke the tie).

Well as long as you are not President, the one who actually plays the game, you should be ok. The only thing is that you wont be able to look at the game yourself and will have to rely on others to find out whats going on.

Darkness' Edge I cannot add you into the civgroup just yet. For some reason I cannot get to the page were I can add people to the group on the computers at my school. So I have to wait untill I get home to do it. I will try latter and see if I can do it, but I know I will be able to add you some time today.

For the others who added themselves into Legoland civgroup. The reason why I have not let them in is that I dont know anything about them. They have not posted anything here saying they wanted to join so I have not let them in. Once they post here and everyone gets to know them then I will let them in.
