if you wanted you can join all the teams civgroups, but you would not be able to get into their forum and would not count towards their total members untill the leader of the team athorizes you to be in the team.

But after the discovery of Sanitation we could switch our production from chemical weapons to bioweapons. We are seriously considering spreading a dangerous plague, just didn't find a proper carrier yet. Some of our scientists proposed the rat, but I'm not sure that would work. What team could possibly let a rat in and expose themselves to biohazards ?

Congrats Legoland on building Bach's. With Sistine presumably nearly finished, you have nearly built as many wonders as GS has. I'm sure your citizens are thrilled with the happiness. Who needs cheap luxuries anyway, most of them are tacky, anyway.
