this is not looking good. I don't believe how close I started the the greeks and Meshelic. I don't think I've ever had a game like this. Well it could be worse...NYE.

For the records: Archers are obsolete for the mighty Ottoman Empire. I already have superior technology. But instead of rushing you, I share the information with you guys. Hope I did it right with the offer, Meshelic. You have, btw, an interesting way to explore. Is that called "Settler gambit"? FYI, there are some white clothed guys to your east as well as some orange clothed ones. I would not go east, if I was your settler.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to a rather frustrating hard drive crash, I no longer have PTW on my system, and had spent a long time now trying to re-install CIV3 and then PTW. But it is not working the way it's supposed to at all, so I'm finding myself re-installing CIV3 and PTW over and over and over in different ways if I can.

Alas it is not working. So will be absent from our PBEM game until I get it all up and running again, and based on how long it's taking me, it could be awhile.

So I hand over all my turns to NYE (so he has something to do). It will go quicker with NYE playing my part anyways, so he doesn't have to send the file, and can just go send it to conqueror. Carthage's password is "punkrock" =1 word.

Major bummer. Sorry guys
