we only just found them, we have a diplo and a caravan on a boat headed toards there lands, they should arrive in 6 or 7 turns and you shall have your embassy, unless the people vote against it.

The answer to the trade/ don't trade question certainly depends upon what our ambassador learns. And peace would be nice - right now we can't fight everyone at the same time.

I'm not too concerned about trading techs with the AI. We will always use techs more effectively than the computer will.
