Hey, I just had the near uncontrollable urge to post in there as well...

donegeal referred to "yes, my father is a hampster" and I wanted to ask him if his father was a mutant radioactive hampster from a planet near Mars who got a little too close to the microwave and grew to 140 times his usual size (and came in spaceships shaped like human cigars, etc.)



(anyone who gets that gets 1000 virtual bananas)

I suppose it's time to use my dictatorial mandate powers to BAN all members of the tribe from "trashtalking" about the other tribes in that filthy forum.

We are above that, people. Let us be an example of true civilization and let the OTHER tribes garner hatred and bitterness and animosity towards each other. In the end, we shall reap the rewards of our self-restraint.

if we say absolutely nothing... they will be suspicious of that, wont they?

I ask that the ban be changed, so that only posts with a non-offensive nature be allowed. Nothing that could give them reason to hate us.

I posted a rather hillarous Roleplayer Parady in response to GF calling us "Fairyland" in the Trash Talking thread.

Frankly, I like the misconception that we're a bunch of goofy role-playing geeks who will be easily conquered by the skilled warmongers. Let them underestimate us and spend their time plotting against each other. I'm happy to tongue-and-cheekly affirm their beliefs.

They'll overlook us, underestimate us, and be absolutely stunned when we turn on them.

Good plan! Let them never get to know us right.

There is one concern:
- If they overlook us in the international society.
It could happen if we start to act too geeky or puny in our diplomacy now in the startup, instead of having enough persistence and self-secureness...

Our international relations and trade could suffer.
But I guess our mighty despot Togas will handle them firmly and well. So what do the rest of us do then?

The ambassadors job could perhaps be the same as
the main job of a RL-ambassador:
- To calm them down by being polite an nice,
in order to avoid aggression. Promises and big words, etc.
(except for those we want to make aggressive perhaps)

From now on, I only strongly caution you against posting on the Trashtalking thread.

Please do not overdo either our allegedly "geeky" nature or our allegedly fractuous society.

We should continue to above all else be funny and open to the other teams while not really telling them too much. And we should, of course, refrain from actually "talking trash" about any of their teams.
