PTW Map Settings Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Now that this has been out a couple weeks (in the US anyway...) I'd like to know what people are doing with the map settings for using 24+ civs. Specifically, what are you using for the following to obtain a good distribution of civs and keep tech advances well paced:

World Size
Starting Distance between Civs
Number of Optimal Cities
Tech Rate

I tried 24 civs on a 180x180 map with a distance of 32, and that distance was way too high apparently. 4 of the AI civs all started in a 3x3 square area. Oops.

Any thoughts?
