So, to summarize, we can start polls on any day (presuming they last at least 3 days), but for 3-day polls it would be preferable not to start them on Friday or Saturday, as that would give some people very little time to vote.

only about those threads i wan't to follow, and a lot of them got lost before i checked the threads they wre pointing to during my last computer crash.
what i'd really like to see (and asked for quite some time ago) is a thread where every new poll or election would be posted, so i can simply conscript to that thread rather than searching the forums every then and when if i missed some important new threads.... not sure, if that sentence can be understood
