Two people posted in the initial threads, but have not responded since. I propose we strike their names from the member list. To avoid confusion.

There are currently 17 named members who have access to this forum (plus Soren). That is the desired odd number. We are currently a happy band of brothers. This forum is quiet, and civil. I like it.

If more wish to join, we should vet them. What do you think?

He still may join, if only to have access to this forum... my guess is he may be intrigued once we get started, and start referencing the game in the Strat forum (although we obviously have to be careful in doing so).

If you tried and they did not respond, then there you have it. Pull the names and PM them explaining the situation. Make sure they know PM you specifically if they have any questions or issues. The question is should we leave it open for (specificaly) their future involvment in the team?

I know Shiber from the Demogame. He's very active, does a big amount of work and is always willing to take advice. He is practically running the War Academy now, which I had founded in my more active time in that game.

He would surely be a nice addition to our team. Ok with me.

NYE: Evening for you is night for me. I'll be up till about 12..1am GMT (7..8pm Apolyton time), but I won't be on Poly all the time. I'm playing a game as America and was up last night till 4:30am. This night I'll have to go to bed earlier. I will be playing PtW and may (or may not... ) occasionaly scan the forum.

I'm reluctant to allow someone in mostly just to watch. (Soren, of course, is a very welcome exception, both because he helped make the game possible and because his watching may help make the game better.)

He has been around for a while. I have seen him around.

With my situation, and Randolph's, it might be a good idea to take him on. I leave it for you all to decide. It would be good if one of you could take up the task of looking after membership issues. Volunteers?
