Apologies for the newbie question: how does Apolyton time relate to time zones, like e.g. PST (GMT -8)?

I also wanted to mention that I would like it that there is no negotiations until our civs meet.

Will there be other rules as well? For example, do you have to declare war formally (in email) or you just move up to the nearest unit/city and attack?
And how do we keep track of reputation (e.g. breaking treaties, especially RoP)?

Our own memory. The reputation index in SP games is there only for the AI.
After all, we all follow the developments in the game and i'm sure you'll be more suspicious about players who broke treaties, which is the whole point of reputation.

You cant enforce it, but you wont need to. Such negotiations will serve no purpose.
Btw, why random civs?
If we turn civ specific abilities off then it's ok, but if they're on I think we should all choose the civilizations we play with.

I received no email. Are you sure you sent to the correct adress? Maybe you forgot to remove the underscore.

I removed the underscore and I also didn't receive an error notification saying the email couldn't be delivered. However, you are not the first who says that doesn't receive my email. So, I'll try to post the save to this thread.
Edit: attachment deleted.
