Do I need the 1.29 patch for CivIII before install PTW?
Do I need to patch to 1.29 first? Or will PTW take care of that for me?

I just had to reinstall 2k and don't want to if I dont have to

No, as PTW 1.0 is CIV 3 1.29f already.....just patch PTW to 1.04f

I think its in the readme or somewhere.....cant remember where I read it....perhaps its at the Firaxis site....

Certainly not at Civ3.com. You can't even find the 1.04f patch there.

Yeah....that site is horribly bad at updates......is there a seperate site called www.ptw.com or sumthing where they actually do their updates or is e official site for PTW that we are not aware of? THat would explain a lot..........
