Do walls give units in towns ZOC?
Does this effect carry over to when a town becomes a city?(Or do cities naturally have ZOC?)
Does the Great Wall increase the chance that a unit in a city will be more successful at getting a free attack?
When my unit invokes its ZOC is it its defense against the opposing unit's attack or my attack against his defense?

I tested it out, walls do give units ZOC. I'm not sure about cities or Metros though.
