	Quick Access to Info Put an end to popups!

I think we should set up some sort of system (a topped thread?) that gives everyone quick access to crucial information in the game. This includes:

* member list + how to contact each other (email addresses?)
* a time schedule (when do we play?)
* important polls
* the current government layout
* the recent save game
* the status (plans) of each department
* analysis of our (human) opponents

Anything else ..?

Was ther e going to be a separate communications/propaganda manager? Or is this just one more hat for our poor mister BFM? (When, he's voted in as Minister of the Interior)

There was none in the government proposal, but let's hope it's a one-time exercise: gathering the email addres of all members and making some time schedule appointments.
