	What will we do if a player dissapears? Tired of ads?

Most players, if they have to leave the game, will most likely give their civ password to a replacement and the game will continue.

But i'm afraid that there will be cases in which people will simply dissapear.

So, what will we do if this happens? How did the Civ2 or CTP PBEM gamers dealed with it?

We just let someone new in (we've had to discover how to crack passwords) it's not that hard. And thankfully it leaves a telltale marking of all passwords being removed for all civs. This way we know if someone is cheating with your civ, and then replacing the save.

So does this mean that you guys set a player or observer as an administrator before the game starts?

Usually the person who starts the game. He or she sets the admin password and can enter someones turn to resign their position if necessary.

How do you 'crack' passwords and what sign does it leave? If we all know this, we will all be safer.
