One of the greatest engineer projects in Russia have just been completed.

Several great rivers have changed their run, bringing fresh water and life to deserts and mountain provinzes.

Unhealthy swamps have been changed to blue lakes.

Now we just have to keep control over the global weatherengine, that we have "tamed".

Ohhh, unfortunately the russian engineers have NOT been able to keep these changes within the borders of our own nation. Apologies to all, if we have messed something up .

And a last thing - the russians have reduces the working hour to an absolut minimum, while reclyckling plants are made. The knowlegde to recyckle hazardous waste, scrap, litter and other trash will be given for free if any other nation asks for it.

China and Egypt has gone to war. Russia is NOT happy with this.

In order to protect my ally, the under-developed chinese, I ordered a small-scale attack on Egypt this evening. No cities have been taken - that was not a goal.

I strongly suggest the egyptian government to seek peace the the weak chinese if they want to stay as an independent nation in the near future.

The Government today confirmed "WAR"

In a statement released today by the state department Incan government build up on our borders did not go unnoticed and dispite years of peaceful co exsistance they continued to build forces on our common DMZ.

We will not wait for thier first strike as this could be the only reason for the build up. Tanks and assorted equipment were massing on the border.

We took the opition to end that threat. We urge peace with our nieghbor but it seems they continue to push for war. We urge all nations to stop trading and tech advancements to this war mongering nation.

Should we see this exchange take place it will be seen as an act of war against our nation...

Our diplomats today have released this statement:

Incans if you truely, finally, really want peace I suggest you show it. Our nuclear arsinal is extensive and as you have seen very destructive.

Your cities will be returned to you provided they are populated by one troops only.

Your choice we will continue to wipe out your nation should you choose war as a responce...
