Are asking for a save game editor? I read some where there was one, but I do not know if it works or what patch level it is good for. Try a Google search.

But that reminds me, I've been trying to find out whether it's possible to save a game as a scenario and then edit it. (I just got attacked and I need, like, 25 more units.

Carver,
per the Help in the Editor regarding Debug mode. If Debug is ON, this may help. Otherwise, please disregard this post (or check out the Creation forum).

Shift-F1: Select a unit to place on the map.
$: Adds 100 gold.
At the city Screen "a" Adds 1 population; "b" Adds an improvement; "s" Adds 100 shields.
At the F6: Shift-Right-Click reasearches the selected (clicked) tech; "+" (or "=") researches all of the techs for the current era.

Build temples, libraries, universities, cathedrals, wonders, YOU WANT THEM ALL!

Ahem, naturally, if the city is coing to flip in 5 turns, it will not make much difference. Station truckloads of troops in the city, and starve the people... :hungry:

And start building those temples and such, if not in dire straits, desperately needing to build military.

That's completly alright. Welcome to Apolyton

As mentioned before, the reason your city is going to India is because either India as a whole is producing more "culture" than you are, cities around the "India City" are, or its closer to the capital. Simply build more cathedrals and other buildings that produce culture (Look in the Civlopedia to find out how much culture each buildling produces) and soon you may even find that Indian cities are flipping to join YOU!
