	Important stuff - City Names Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

OK. Onto more serious stuff. Should we rename our first city. I know it matters diddly squat in the big scheme of things - but hey - we gotta have character.

So - do we or don't we. That's the first question.

I'm voting yes - I want to remane our cities and customize our nation in the Vox Controli mode. But if you want to stick with the Persian names - vote no.

(and - I get to practice how to post a poll.) Obviously, if enough vote yes, I will collect suggestions and post another poll.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't our Capital already labled as "Controli"?

We could get cute with all future cities and call them in numerical order:

Vox 1
Vox 2
Vox 3
Vox 4
And so forth...

This would lead to the view of all being apart of the one.

Good idea Flash. The first town could be Vox Central, or something like that - and the next town after jon, OR - maybe we should name the capitol after jon. Miller Town. or Jonville - or something like that.

But that will be the next poll. (Hey I could get addicted to these things...)

I like naming cities after me though

I do think we should alternate Vox names with Persian names. Although that might be a little bit weird I suppose. I like some persian names.

So - it looks like that is the clear interest of the team. We also have Miller Town.

So - what about the capitol -

Vox Uno?

Vox Central?

Controlis?

Or - should the capitol be Miller Town in honour of the founding member.

Thought I would summarize - as we will soon be getting close to building a second town. The next six names are based on the team members. I would suggest we go in order of who joined the team when. I am only sure that Jon was first, and I was last. Someone else will need to sort out the middle part of the order - to use a baseball analogy.

1. Miller Town

2-5

Elipolis - or is it Eliopolis (the first would rhyme with Gallipoli, the second with Metropolis)

Wittlich City

Dissidentville (I can hear the citizens grumbling already)

Flashpolis - or is it Flashoplis (see above)

6. Betaburg.
