Dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suffering from ads?

Starting position had 5 Ivory, 6 plains with wheat, a river, 3 gold, an a jungle with gems. There was a hut on the jungle. Sent my king to open the hut. It was a settler. Sent my scout to a gold mountain. He saw 5 more cows. I pressed spacebar, and watched in horror as Lincoln died from disease and the loser screen popped up.

THere is a lesson to be learned here, when playing with regicide you should leave your king in the capitol at all times the risk of something happening to him/her is just too great.

Its happened several times to my kings. (Though on Mass Regicide, not regular.) I've never seen it happen to any other unit besides a king of mine. And I also haven't gotten a leader since I got PTW. The old civ liked me better.

I play with autosave off, so no 4000bc would be available if I did not save it manually.
