GM COMMENTS:

First of all, I need responses from the Dutch and French players that you intend to continue the game. Strike one to both of you.

A draw proposal has been tabled. The proposed game ending decision would be a four way draw to include Britian, Japan, Russia, and France. Please cast your vote on this with the fall orders. Any draw decision will need to be unamious amongst all remaining players. An NMR will count as a YES vote for the proposal.

Summer 1876 retreats are due Tuesday December 3 at 23:59 EST. I've auto retreated the Russian A Afghanistan - Tashkent in the intereste of expediency. If the Russian player for any reason wants this unit to retreat OTB, please let me know ASAP. Fall 1876 orders and draw proposal votes are due Friday December 5 at 23:59 EST.
