	2202-2204 Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Little report:

NA is building CDF
NS has completed PTS, Morgan switched to CDF, don't worry, we'll finish it before him.

Zak got a war thingie going on agaisnt Morgan, and he wants us to join them.

The Hive still doesn't beg for peace, so we can infiltrate him next turn, a probe is on stand by.

All build queues, and crawler orders has been changed according to the governers wishes, except for Voltaire's region, those were done according to previous orders and common sense.

Still a few turns till our tech breakthrough, Morgan howver has almost completed his tech, 1 or 2 turns left.

About the chatlog; Lemmy was quite correct in where to place the crawler rehomed to NS. It was a typo.
