	Save Game is Back Increase the size of your Attachments

Once again, when checking my email at work this morning, I found the save in my inbox.

There are no moves to be made this turn. Would anyone like to "play" this turn and send it onto the next team?

Darn. My Civ box is unavailable for the next 3 hours or so (it is running stress tests in a controlled environment). I can do it after that, if nobody else can. Hmm. That practically puts us at OliverFA's time frame though, so he can play, having spoken up first.

I'm home at the moment and able (thanks to the blizzard here in the Washington, D.C. area ), but only give it to me if you are unable. Because if you are able to play it yourself, do it!

I'll check my e-mail every 15 min or so just in case you do send it to me, though.

I think its simply a click "end turn" and Togas doesn't have PTW where he's at.

I discovered the save in my inbox late tonight. Played the game. Only hit enter after checking out a few things. Absolutely nothing happened but we are one turn away from our first warrior and from our worker finishing the road to the cattle.

That's about all I have to report. Will send off the save to Vox just as soon as one of 'em gets back to me.

Did we set the science in an earlier turn to IIRC it was Togas's wishes that it be 70%?

Because I think on the 4000BC turn with Grand Despot not being there and all we just left it on 50%, not knowing your grand wishes.

Of course, that's just IIRC, I can't remember.

And as long as it's these "Hit ENTER" turns, I could play it, but I dont check my email that often, so...

I am very busy at the office and will only be at my computer for another 30 minutes.

Please, if anyone is free, respond if you can play the game this afternoon.

If not, I will handle it when I get home this evening.

To do:

Rename the warrior to "T.E.G." and the worker to "Visigoth Slaves"

Move warrior W.
Irrigate with worker.
Check on progress of other teams by F11
Save screenshot.
Post link of screenshot in forum.
Send save to Vox.

I would like an official 'OK' from Togas to do this before doing so, as I'm not sure what our official rules we have, if any, regarding the handling and distribution of the .sav file(s). I have a pre-end turn save that I could make available.

Thats what I was looking for... not the .sav at the end of the turn.

I've been playing a separate PBEM for some weeks now without incident; I know how to handle it so that I will not inadvertantly compromise other teams' positions... nor is that my intention.

Only to keep our scenarios updated for my good Slave Master, Señor Oliverfa, so that he may ascertain the best use for the slaves

It is up to our Great Leader, though, I understand

It's baaaaack!

City should expand this turn. Make sure workers are optimized. If irrigation is done in the wheatfields, that should be the best possible location for our next worker.

If we should get Bronze Working as a free tech, switch to pottery.

If worker finishes, make a road on the same square.

If the village poses no barbarian threat, Rename to "Madrid Expedition" and move them SW along the hills. They will travel down the coastal hills and later back up to cow valley.

If there is a threat, rename to "Madrid Guard", fortify, await battle!

TEG will move East along the ridges of the Great Spanish Mountains in the north easternly direction to see what other lands surround Madrid.

Turn on shift-g for screenshots. Make & Post screenshots, as always.
