I have already sent a message to GoW, that we are "discussing" the possibilty of general information exchange some time in the future. I guess Panzer32 or UnOrthOdOx are bringing it up on their board. Of course i made no offer, and will tell them we decided its best for us to make contact first, with at least few of our neigbors, before some kind of exchange takes place. I just thought it could promote the discussion (which i think has not reached a consensus- i don't think everyone opposes an exchange of hemisphere information and setting rendezvous some time into the future, even before we make game contact with that team) if we know a bit more on how the other teams view it.
And to state the obvious again- I would never think of offering or conducting deals without the knowledge and permission of the team, my only job is to maintain beneficial relations with the GoW, which is currently (IMHO) to keep the impression that we are interested in future relation that revolve around goods and money, not swords and arrows. We should at least look like we are interested, and a paranoid attitude of isolation will serve us no good at this point (That is not to say we will should not keep our secrets to ourselves, and try to maintain some advantage over those we deal with).
